Having a baby completely drains your energy. Your motivation hits rock bottom, muscles fade without exercise, and every night is spent tossing and turning. It’s easy to write it off as simple fatigue, but this is actually a problem of collapsing hormones inside your body.

Evening levels fall by as much as 34 percent.
