00:00:00This video that you're about to see just took off on our highlights channel and it was basically
00:00:03me watching old clips of my own content like 10, 13 years ago.
00:00:09Enjoy.
00:00:10Hey guys, thanks so much for opting in and taking control.
00:00:13All right?
00:00:14So what we're looking for is people who are super motivated to take our free six week challenge,
00:00:18but we don't just take anyone, we take people who are really motivated and who demonstrated
00:00:21that by their actions, all right?
00:00:23So right now you're actually receiving an email from me.
00:00:26Hey guys, and in your next installment of the mind game series, I just want to talk about
00:00:33love versus discipline.
00:00:35And it's a topic that I feel like it's totally misconstrued within the fitness industry because
00:00:40trainers are saying you got to grit your teeth and get through it.
00:00:43Like you know, he who does 10 more reps will succeed and you know, eat clean or die trying
00:00:48and like all those like fitness memes, like they're great and whatnot.
00:00:51It's awesome.
00:00:52Dude, this one, this one I'm, I didn't even put a shirt on and it's a video and I don't
00:00:58look good.
00:00:59Hey guys.
00:01:00Welcome.
00:01:01Okay.
00:01:02So measuring yourself is a really important thing for tracking progress so that you can
00:01:07make adjustments to your meal plan.
00:01:09Makes sense.
00:01:10You want to track as many variables as you possibly can.
00:01:11It's not because you want to see.
00:01:12I don't know.
00:01:13A trainer, like I have no idea.
00:01:23Hey guys, welcome back.
00:01:25I wanted to record one more video because I love you a lot and because people ask some
00:01:29really good questions about bilateral obedience, okay.
00:01:33Body fat measuring machines, the two that we have, and I want to explain a little bit more
00:01:36because the water fluctuation video today explains a little bit about how we store water in our
00:01:42muscles and our liver, et cetera.
00:01:44So the way that this machine works, let me show you this guy.
00:01:49This one.
00:01:50You've seen this one before.
00:01:51And then the handheld machine that we have at the gym is that it's by electrical impedance.
00:01:57So what it does is it actually sends a little electric shock through you and then it measures.
00:02:09Are you tired of fitness places that don't make you have fun or give you the results you
00:02:13want?
00:02:14Well, United Fitness is ready to change that.
00:02:15And you know how?
00:02:16We're going to have you lifting weights.
00:02:18We're going to have you following custom nutrition plans in color.
00:02:21Hi guys, I'm Alex and I'm the owner of United Fitness.
00:02:26So welcome to our family.
00:02:27Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.
00:02:31So I just want to tell you a little bit more about what we do.
00:02:33United Fitness, we strive to be the leading body and life transformation business out there
00:02:38for men and women who want to.
00:02:41It's so fucking tough.
00:02:42Hey dudes, good morning.
00:02:43I hope everyone's crushing their roles and accomplishing what they want.
00:02:48I was just, I've just been a part of a bunch of masterminds recently and with the little
00:02:52campaign that we got going on here in DC, I'm actually driving in right now.
00:02:57I was just, I was kind of thinking about some stuff cause planning versus executing, you
00:03:05know, should you do it?
00:03:06It's just, it becomes abundantly clear if you start sitting in on like higher income type
00:03:12circles of people who are doing really well and we're really achieving things is that a
00:03:16lot of times it's like, there's like, there's no secret.
00:03:19It's just a, how many people, like to what extent you're executing, like that's it.
00:03:25You know, um, you set out with plan and then you execute and the thing is, it's like that
00:03:29plan doesn't need to be, um, really, really detailed.
00:03:32And most of the time it's because there's a German general, but what he said was, um,
00:03:39no plan survives first contact with the enemy.
00:03:42And so I'm not saying like, we know what you're doing is the enemy or who you're working with
00:03:47is the enemy, but uh, you're going to change it the moment you actually start doing something.
00:03:51So just don't obsess over about it.
00:03:53Like don't overanalyze cause it's just not going to even be what you think it is anyways.
00:03:58You know, like I changed my mind six times before I finally figured out what was working
00:04:02and I guarantee you it wasn't like, I wouldn't have figured it out unless I like actually
00:04:07just did it and had people, you know, to actually train.
00:04:11Uh, so pretty, uh, just a, just something to like, I guess take into consideration.
00:04:17We're halfway through the video.
00:04:19And that sounds like I'm rapping.
00:04:20I'm like, uh, if you're, if you're trying to build something or trying to, um, make a new
00:04:26product or trying to make a new service or figure out how to, how to launch it.
00:04:30A lot of times just find the customer, sell them on the fact that you're going to help
00:04:33them in some meaningful way and uh, and that you're not going to leave until they're satisfied
00:04:37with that.
00:04:38Like you've helped them two and a half minutes to get there.
00:04:42I've just started a different service where I actually helped gyms launch, uh, and I just
00:04:47do it for free.
00:04:48I go in and I just launched the gyms and basically we just kind of split up, uh, what I can bring
00:04:52in for the gym.
00:04:54And uh, before I actually had the service, someone was, I saw him speak and they were
00:04:58like, dude, uh, can you like just, can I buy something from you?
00:05:02And um, I was like, sure.
00:05:05Like I don't know.
00:05:06Like it's like, how much is it going to be?
00:05:08I was like, I don't know.
00:05:09We'll figure it out.
00:05:10And uh, and so I ended up just going out, but I promised like, I'll just help you make more
00:05:14money at your gym.
00:05:15And he was like, cool.
00:05:16Like just sign me up.
00:05:17So it was like the weirdest, funniest sale I'd ever done, uh, from the stage.
00:05:23But uh, but anyways, all that to say, um, it's actually sprouted.
00:05:27The entire new business.
00:05:28And a lot of that happened just in the last month by launching three different gyms this
00:05:34month kind of going fire ain't ready.
00:05:36Like I'll go in and I know that I can deliver value and help you make more money and help
00:05:40you operate more leanly.
00:05:42Um, and so, yeah, so anyways, sorry if there's something in everyone's eyes, but I hope everyone's
00:05:48freaking crushing their goals and I will talk to you guys soon.
00:05:52Easy.
00:05:53Bye.
00:05:54Hey guys, real quick, many of you guys are getting started in business and don't know,
00:05:57but other entrepreneurs have already tried to help.
00:05:59And so 3.6 million copies were donated by other entrepreneurs in my book launch and I'm
00:06:03donating these books as well.
00:06:05And so if you're starting in business and you would like the ultimate business backpack,
00:06:08all three books, this one shows you how to figure out what to sell.
00:06:11This shows you how to get people to find out about it.
00:06:13And this one shows you how to make money from it.
00:06:15When you have all three, you can actually get started.
00:06:17All right.
00:06:18On top of that, if 30 days of school that you can get absolutely free and all of this, including
00:06:22the books, including school, including shipping is 16 bucks.
00:06:25Yeah.
00:06:26Like we lose money on this.
00:06:27Go grab it.
00:06:28It's the ultimate thing I can give you, my gift.
00:06:32Enjoy.
00:06:33If you go there and it's shut down, it's because we ran out.
00:06:35But as long as the link still works, there's books.

Key Takeaway

Immediate execution and the 'Ready, Fire, Aim' method lead to faster business growth than detailed planning, as evidenced by launching three gyms in 30 days before having a finalized service model.

Highlights

Bioelectrical impedance machines measure body fat by sending a small electric shock through the body to track muscle and liver water storage.

No business plan survives first contact with the customer; most successful strategies change at least six times before finding a working model.

Execution outpaces detailed planning in high-income circles where complex analysis often prevents actual progress.

The 'Ready, Fire, Aim' approach allowed for the launch of three different gyms in a single month by delivering value before formalizing the service.

A free six-week challenge serves as a filter to identify and acquire only the most motivated clients through demonstrated action.

A bundle of three business books and 30 days of training costs $16, which covers shipping but results in a net loss for the provider.

Timeline

Client Selection and Motivation

  • The six-week fitness challenge uses a strict selection process to ensure high client motivation.
  • Enrollment requires participants to demonstrate their commitment through specific actions rather than just opting in.

The initial contact with potential clients focuses on filtering for those who take control of their fitness. This approach ensures that the program only accepts individuals who are super motivated. Actionable commitment is the primary metric for entry into the challenge.

The Role of Discipline and Progress Tracking

  • Discipline often matters more than industry memes focused on raw effort or 'eating clean'.
  • Bioelectrical impedance technology measures body fat by analyzing water fluctuations in muscles and the liver.
  • Tracking maximum variables allows for precise adjustments to personal meal plans.

Fitness success involves understanding the difference between temporary motivation and long-term discipline. Tracking progress requires objective data, such as those provided by handheld or standing bioelectrical impedance machines. These devices send small electric shocks through the body to determine composition based on water storage.

Business Launch and Execution Strategies

  • Custom nutrition plans and weightlifting form the core of the transformation business model.
  • Successful high-income earners prioritize the extent of execution over the complexity of a secret plan.
  • Over-analyzing a plan is counterproductive because the strategy inevitably changes once operations begin.

United Fitness focuses on lean operations and custom results for men and women. In business development, the most effective path is to start doing the work rather than obsessing over a detailed roadmap. Real-world training and client interaction provide the necessary feedback to refine a business model six times over if necessary.

Iterative Service Models and Rapid Growth

  • New services can be launched by selling a customer on a meaningful outcome before the service is fully defined.
  • Launching three gyms in one month proved the 'Ready, Fire, Aim' strategy works for scaling value.
  • Educational resources including three core business books are distributed at a loss to help new entrepreneurs start.

Growth often stems from making a promise to help a client make money and refusing to leave until they are satisfied. This iterative process led to a new business helping other gyms launch for free in exchange for a split of the revenue. The current offer provides the ultimate business backpack with books on product selection, lead generation, and monetization for $16.
